Level 1
Our fundamentals class focuses on core and postural strengthening and balance. It is suitable for those new to balance training, those with stability concerns, those with a history of falls, or those using assistive devices.
BalanceStrong
Level 2
Our signature class blends balance and strengthening with reactive and dual-task challenges. Ideal for those who feel stable standing but experience unsteadiness during movement.
BalanceFit
Level 3
A dynamic, high-intensity class focused on advanced balance challenges, strengthening, and endurance. Requires independent mobility and comfort with equipment like resistance bands and weights.

Each class is scheduled for one hour, including 50 minutes of guided exercise.
Start Times: To ensure a smooth and focused experience for all participants, classes begin PROMPTLY five minutes after the scheduled start time. For safety and to minimize disruptions, the studio doors will close five minutes after class begins, and late arrivals will not be admitted. Please plan to arrive early to settle in and make the most of the session.
Our cancellation policy is pretty straightforward.
